  1. Service Cancellation Requests
    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchasing the service.
    • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the service has already commenced. This includes:
      • Diet plans that have been shared.
      • Fitness consultations or sessions that have been conducted.
  1. Missed Sessions or Appointments – Missed sessions or appointments without prior notice are considered utilized and are non-refundable.
  1. Exceptional Cases – If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact our support team. We will review your case and, if deemed valid, provide an appropriate resolution.

    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

    • Due to the customized nature of our diet plans, consultation sessions, and health programs, all services delivered after initiation are non-refundable.

    • This includes:

      • Fitness or disease reversal programs

  1. Services Provided by External Affiliates
    • For services facilitated through third-party affiliates or external professionals, disputes or warranty issues must be addressed directly with the respective provider.

      5.  Refund Deductions

    • All eligible refunds will be processed after deducting 15% as administrative, payment gateway, and processing charges.
